Key Responsibilities

- Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, set work schedules, and train new team members.

- Inventory Control: Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Run regular stock audits.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety laws and proper use of equipment like.

- Operations & Reporting: Track performance of team members and report workflow issues to the Operations manager.

Preferred candidate profile

- Leadership: Motivate workers and resolve team conflicts.

- Organization: Handle changing priorities in a quick-paced setting.

- Technical Knowledge: Uses of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and good exposure of MS excel like vlookup, pivot table etc.

- Communication: Talk clearly with staff, drivers, and other departments.

- Should have good exposure of online warehouse

- Knowledge of Order process of platform like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Zepto etc.

Must have hands-on experience working on Flex, FBA, and Smart fulfillment
