Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and supervise daily warehouse operations for our FMCG business in Ghaziabad.

The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in the FMCG industry, with positive knowledge of inventory management, stock handling, dispatch, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage FMCG stock and ensure proper inventory control.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movements and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and loading/unloading activities.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize expiry and stock losses.
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, purchase, and transport teams for timely dispatches.
- Check orders before dispatch to ensure quantity and product accuracy.
- Monitor damaged, short, excess, and expired stock.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness,



safety, and discipline.
- Prepare daily stock and warehouse operation reports.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Senior Warehouse Executive.
- FMCG industry experience is preferred/required.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience in handling warehouse staff and daily work allocation.
- Knowledge of stock inward/outward, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and stock expiry management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage warehouse operations independently.
- Candidate should be responsible, disciplined, and punctual.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
