Role Description The Warehouse Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. The individual in this role will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in alignment with inventory and stock control procedures.

Responsibilities include managing inventory records, monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with logistics and procurement teams to support smooth operations.

The Warehouse

Manager will supervise warehouse staff, implement safety and compliance standards, and optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency. This role also involves maintaining equipment,



including forklifts, and ensuring all warehouse activities meet organizational quality and timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to track, reconcile, and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management to oversee storage, movement, and reporting of goods.
- Candidates should possess skills in Operations Management to plan, organize, and improve daily warehouse processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and safe handling of warehouse equipment.
- Relevant experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in a high-volume or logistics-focused workplace.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements; experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
