Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Manager – Warehouse to support the day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, stock movement, and team handling. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail/textile warehouse operations and good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate receiving and dispatch of merchandise.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate stock transfers and dispatches to retail stores.
- Ensure proper product segregation, stacking, tagging, and storage.
- Monitor damaged, shortage, excess, slow-moving, and non-moving stock.
- Supervise and allocate work to warehouse staff.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Coordinate with Store Managers, Purchase, Accounts, and Operations teams.




- Maintain proper warehouse documentation and system entries.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports.
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping, safety, and security standards.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or pilferage.
- Support the Warehouse Manager in improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in Retail/Textile/FMCG.
- Experience in inventory management and team handling.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Positive leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Should be organized, disciplined, and result-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
