Role Description The Warehouse Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bihar. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods in line with company standards and safety procedures.

The Warehouse

Executive monitors inventory levels, maintains accurate records, and coordinates with internal teams, transporters, and customers to ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment. The role also involves supervising warehouse staff, ensuring proper housekeeping,



and supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

The Warehouse

Executive may be required to prepare routine reports, support audits, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Strong warehouse management and inventory control skills, with the ability to maintain accurate stock records and handle high-volume operations.

Experience in packing and material handling, ensuring safe, efficient, and standardized packaging practices.

Effective communication and customer service skills to coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams.

Ability to supervise warehouse workflows, follow safety protocols, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or C&F; operations, ideally within the cement or related industries.

Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Excel, warehouse or ERP systems) for reporting and data management.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
