Job Responsibilities:

- 50% Calling & 50% Field Sales
- Generate leads and connect with potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers





• Maintain regular communication with customers

Eligibility:

- Bike & valid driving licence is compulsory
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English & Bengali Mandatory)
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude

• Candidates comfortable with field sales are preferred
