Department: Reconcilia¢ons teams responsible for reconciling Cash, Trade and Posi¢ons between Internal data, (Accoun¢ng) and External data (Custodian/Banks) across all asset classes oered by the Bank,

primarily Equi¢es, Bonds, Mutual Funds and Deriva¢ves.

Responsibili¢es

¢ Ensure quality and ¢me-ecient produc¢on of reconcilia¢ons across all asset classes.

¢ Ensure all process tasks are completed accurately and within dened ¢melines.

¢ Respond to data queries and provide ¢mely support to stakeholders.

¢ Ensure self and team escalate cri¢cal issues to the Department Head/Lead, thereby ensuring seamless process ow.

¢ Provide ideas to remove complexity and increase produc¢vity through process improvement and Lean methodologies.

¢ Contribute ac¢vely to documen¢ng procedures and work instruc¢ons.

¢ Engage posi¢vely with stakeholders and maintain a high level of service.

¢ Ensure data integrity and strict adherence to SLAs.

¢ Own, coordinate, and delegate work as required.

¢ Work across func¢ons to iden¢fy root causes of breaks and contribute to eec¢ve resolu¢ons.

¢ Adopt an AI-First problem-solving mindset, leveraging automa¢on, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven solu¢ons to enhance process eciency, produc¢vity, accuracy,



and decision-making.

¢ Iden¢fy opportuni¢es for process op¢miza¢on, automa¢on, and digital transforma¢on within wealth management and nancial services opera¢ons.

¢ Use AI and produc¢vity tools such as Microso¢ Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI-enabled analy¢cal pla¢orms to improve opera¢onal eciency and support informed decision-making.

Must Have

¢ Experience in Investment Banking.

¢ Knowledge of various market asset classes.

¢ Knowledge of the end-to-end reconcilia¢on process.

¢ Knowledge of using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good to Have

¢ Intellimatch system experience.

Key Skills & Competencies

¢ Cer¢¢ca¢on or training in Ar¢¢cial Intelligence (AI), Genera¢ve AI, Data Analy¢cs, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
