- Profile: Customer Support - Tech Support
- Eligibility: Graduate with Min 1 Year Exp in International Voice
- Salary: 28000 in Hand + Incentives
- Shift: 24x7 Shifts
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Facilities: 4000 Travel Allowance
- Process Type: Customer Support
- Job Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.




- Generate sales by explaining product features, advantages, and offers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Achieve individual sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Important Notes

- B.Tech, MBA & MCA freshers are not eligible
- B.Tech/MBA/MCA candidates must have minimum 6 months International Voice experience
- Candidates pursuing regular education must bring NOC from college
