Key Responsibilities

- Healthcare Application Development: Architect and develop end-to-end web applications compliant with healthcare standards using ASP.NET MVC, C#,

Entity Framework, and Angular.
- Health Data Integration: Implement and manage medical data exchange protocols, ensuring seamless communication between electronic health records

(EHR/EMR), laboratory, and pharmacy systems.
- Polyglot Engineering: Write clean, optimized code in C++ for low-level,

performance-sensitive medical infrastructure (e.g., DICOM processing) and

Python for healthcare analytics, scripting, or microservices.

- Compliant Cloud Architecture: Design and deploy secure, scalable, and

HIPAA-compliant cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Database & Data Security: Optimize complex SQL queries and design efficient data models while ensuring strict encryption of Protected Health Information

(PHI) both at rest and in transit.
- API Integration: Build and consume secure, scalable RESTful APIs and handle cross-platform data communication between .NET, Python, and C++ modules.
- Mentorship & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, enforce strict security design patterns, and ensure applications meet healthcare regulatory benchmarks.

Technical & Domain Requirements
1. Healthcare Domain Expertise (Required)
- Proven experience working on health-tech applications (EHR/EMR, Patient

Portals, Telehealth, or Medical Device software).
- Solid understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 (v2/v3)

and FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).

• Deep understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and data security standards.




- Familiarity with clinical coding systems and terminologies (e.g., ICD-10,

SNOMED-CT, LOINC) is a strong plus.
- Core .NET Ecosystem & Frontend (Expert)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience primarily focused on

C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Advanced knowledge of Entity Framework (EF) / EF Core for ORM, data mapping, and query optimization.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, state management,

and component lifecycle).
- Polyglot Skills (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Practical experience with C++ (highly valued for low-level medical device data streaming, imaging/DICOM manipulation, or memory-critical processing).
- Practical experience with Python (valued for healthcare data manipulation, ETL pipelines, or AI/ML health analytics).
- Cloud & DevOps (Advanced)
- Proven experience with Azure Cloud Services (Azure App Services, Azure

Functions, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault) with a focus on Azure's security and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset with strict attention to data security and software reliability (vital for healthcare environments).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to interface with product managers, clinical analysts, and cross-functional teams.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
