Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the daily activities of agents/producers to maintain a strong and healthy business pipeline.

- Coach, mentor, and guide agents to maximize cross-selling opportunities and grow their business portfolio.

- Drive individual agent productivity and ensure a minimum 20% year-on-year business growth.

- Ensure compliance with IRDA regulations, including agent licensing and commission payments.

- Maintain high-quality business standards by ensuring accurate and complete application submissions.

- Provide continuous support and guidance to agents on policy servicing and customer-related activities.

- Recruit, onboard, and appoint agents to expand the General Insurance distribution network.

- Conduct product, process, and sales training programs for agents to enhance their performance and knowledge.

- Educate agents on the company's products, value propositions, and unique selling points (USPs).





- Build strong relationships with agents and support them in achieving their business targets.

- Monitor agent performance and implement development plans to improve productivity and retention.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and service delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 3-8 years of experience in General Insurance agency/channel sales.

- Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.

- Proven experience in agent recruitment, development, and relationship management.

- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a solid focus on achieving business targets.
