Hello Job Seekers,

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to join Insurance / E-Commerce BPO Sales Operations. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, building rapport, understanding their requirements, and closing sales.

Locations:-

- Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru
- Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru
- Begumpet, Hyderabad

NOTE:- In Hyderabad, Only Experienced Applicants are Eligible. QUALIFICATION -

1. Insurance Sales - Any 12th Pass Fresher / Experience.
2. E-commerce Sales - Any MBA Fresher / Experience OR Graduate with Experience

Language Requirement -

- Insurance Sales - English + Kannada (Bengaluru) English + Telugu (Hyderabad)
- E-commerce Sales - English + Hindi

Key Responsibilities

- Execute outbound calls to engage, and qualify potential leads.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to present company products and services clearly.
- Identify client pain points, handle objections professionally, and close sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain accurate lead details,



interaction logs, and deals in the CRM system.
- Meet sales quotas and activity targets.

SALARY -

1. Insurance Sales - 22k CTC (Fresher) & Up to 30k - 33k CTC (Experience)
2. E-commerce Sales - 25k CTC (Fresher) & Up to 30k CTC (Experience)

Deductions From CTC - As Per Market Standards

Incentives Based on Performance

SCHEDULE - 6 DAYS WORKING & 1 ROTATIONAL WEEK OFF

NOTE:

- APPLICANT MUST NOT HAVE ANY PRE-DETERMINDED LEAVE REQUIREMENT IN NEXT 3 MONTHS AFTER JOINING
- AGE LIMIT IS MAX. 30
