Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Health Operations, including placement, underwriting coordination, policy servicing, and claims management.

- Manage Employee Benefits portfolios (GMC, GPA, GTL) and Group Health Insurance programs.

- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and servicing activities.

- Monitor claims operations, grievance management, and customer satisfaction metrics.

- Liaise with insurers, TPAs, brokers, and corporate clients for seamless service delivery.

- Manage client retention, wellness programs, and policy awareness initiatives.

- Develop and implement SOPs, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.

- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve business objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality,



and turnaround times.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 10+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry.

- Solid exposure to Health Insurance Operations, Employee Benefits, and Claims Management.

- Experience in Insurance Broking, General Insurance, TPA, or Health Operations.

- Proven experience in team management and stakeholder management.

- Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance operations.

- Six Sigma, Lean, or Process Improvement certifications will be preferred.

- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
