About the Role
We're hiring a Sales Executive to join a growing team that sells online training programs through webinars. This role is central to converting webinar attendees into paying customers.
Your work will span two types of calling:
Pre-webinar calling: Reaching out to registrants to confirm attendance and boost show-up rates
Post-webinar calling: Following up with attendees who've shown interest, answering questions, handling objections, and closing the sale

What You will Do
 Call webinar registrants before the session to confirm and boost attendance
Call webinar attendees after the session to explain the program and its value
Handle objections and guide prospects toward enrollment
Follow up consistently with leads who haven't decided yet




Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Work closely with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and common objections
Meet monthly sales targets

Who Are We Looking For?
Comfortable making outbound calls all day
Confident, persuasive communicator in Hindi and English
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; prior telesales/calling experience is a plus
Self-motivated and target-driven
Willing to work from our Ahmedabad office

Compensation
Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience and interview performance)
