Job Description What you'll do
n n Review customer contracts (MSAs, SOWs, Amendments) before execution and assess revenue recognition implications.
n Apply ASC 606 / Ind AS 115 principles to identify performance obligations, transaction price, SSP, variable consideration, and contract modifications.
n Partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Delivery, and Finance to ensure revenue-compliant deal structures.
n Own revenue governance, deferred revenue, contract assets/liabilities, and month-end revenue close.
n Support SOX compliance, audits, and revenue-related controls.
n Drive process improvements and automation across revenue accounting workflows.
n n We're looking for
n n Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA




n 8–15 years of experience in Revenue Controllership / Revenue Assurance / Revenue Accounting
n Hands-on expertise in ASC 606 / IFRS 15 / Ind AS 115
n Experience reviewing customer contracts (MSAs, SOWs, Change Orders, Amendments) from a revenue recognition perspective
n Solid understanding of:
n Time & Material (T&M;)
n Fixed Price
n Managed Services
n Milestone-based contracts
n Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
n Strong exposure to SOX, audits, internal controls, and technical accounting
