Role Overview: Customer Experience Advisor is the first point of contact, handling customer queries across channels with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle queries on chat as per process
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience in every interaction
Resolve concerns efficiently; escalate complex issues as required
Follow SOPs, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to schedule & quality standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Undergraduate or Graduate (with no pending backlogs)
Robust communication skills (verbal & written)
Excellent typing speed (40 WPM with 90% accuracy)
Manage multiple customer interactions while ensuring a positive experience
Accurately capture customer details and resolve issues with precision
Requirement: Willingness to work in night shifts & rotational shifts
