We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to help generate appointments, nurture leads, and provide exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Contact potential customers and explain Zivaya's wellness services, spa therapies, memberships, and promotional offers.
Generate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and existing databases.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with outlet teams.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the CRM/database.




Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Meet daily call targets, appointment bookings, and monthly conversion goals.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. These responsibilities reflect common expectations for wellness-industry telecalling roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Telesales, or Inside Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
Solid persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
