ROLE : Dayforce Payroll Consultant
YOE : 5-10 years
Location : Bangaluru
JD :
· Configure and support Dayforce Payroll (earnings, deductions, taxes, pay groups, calendars)
· Manage end-to-end payroll processing , ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance
· Support implementation, UAT, and go-live activities
· Perform data validation, reconciliations, and issue resolution
· Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT for integrations and enhancements
· Provide post-production support and continuous improvement recommendations
Required Skills:
· 5+ years in payroll systems; 2+ years hands-on Dayforce Payroll
· Experience supporting or implementing payroll for US and/or Canada clientele
· Robust knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting
· Proficiency in payroll testing and stakeholder communication
