Job Description

Job Purpose/Overview

Continuing to standardize and enhance its global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ecosystem through software including SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, Beeline, Zip, and integrated procurement technologies.

The Lead Technical Analyst – SAP Ariba Business Network & Integrations is responsible for the design, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP Ariba integration capabilities, including Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), SAP Business Network, Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), supplier connectivity, SAP ERP integrations, Beeline integrations to SAP, and integrations between P2P systems and common edge. This role ensures reliable, scalable, and compliant end-to-end procurement transactions across supplier ecosystem while driving technical innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Solution Ownership

- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for indirect P2P systems across, primarily SAP Ariba integration platforms and supplier connectivity solutions.

- Lead the design, support, and optimization of integrations between indirect P2P systems, primarily SAP Ariba solutions and SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Support SAP Ariba CIG, SAP Business Network, SCC, Beeline supplier onboarding, and transaction enablement activities.

- Design and maintain integration architectures that support procurement, invoicing, sourcing, supplier collaboration, and catalog processes.

- Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and best practices.

Integration Design & Delivery

- Configure and support SAP Ariba CIG integration scenarios.

- Partner with SAP Basis, Middleware, SAP ERP,



and Enterprise Integration teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Analyze and troubleshoot interface failures, mapping issues, master data inconsistencies, and transaction processing errors.

- Support API, IDoc, XML, cXML, web service, and middleware-based integration solutions.

- Develop technical specifications and integration design documentation.

SAP BN & Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC)

- Support supplier enablement initiatives (E-invoicing) across SAP Business Network.

- Support SAP Ariba SCC capabilities including forecast collaboration, order collaboration, inventory visibility, and supplier collaboration processes.

- Work with supply chain teams to improve supplier engagement and transaction accuracy.

- Identify opportunities to automate supplier collaboration processes and improve operational efficiency.

Testing & Deployment

- Develop integration test strategies and technical test scenarios.

- Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities.

- Support defect management and root cause analysis.

- Ensure successful production releases and post-deployment stabilization.

Operational Support & Continuous Improvement

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Ariba, Beeline, SAP Business Network integration and supplier network issues.

- Monitor integration health, transaction success rates, and system performance.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, scalability, and user experience.

- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

Job Specifications/Qualification

Enterprise application integration experience.

Hands-on SAP Ariba technical experience.

Strong experience with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG). Experience supporting SAP Business Network and supplier enablement initiatives.

Experience supporting SAP Ariba SCC (Supply Chain Collaboration).

Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA integration architecture.
