Associate should be hands-on engineer with deep Salesforce platform expertise, solid architectural skills and experience building AI-powered, data-driven business solutions. Associate will collaborate with product managers, architects, business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure and high-performing applications while adopting the latest Salesforce innovations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events and modern Salesforce development frameworks.

- Develop enterprise solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce CLM.

- Build AI-powered business processes and intelligent workflows using Agentforce (Agentic AI), Einstein AI, Prompt Builder and AI-assisted automation.

- Implement Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data, perform identity resolution, enable customer segmentation and support real-time personalization.

- Design and implement Revenue Cloud capabilities, including product catalog management, pricing, quoting, contracts, subscriptions, billing and order lifecycle management.

- Develop and customize Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions to automate contract generation, negotiation, approvals, execution, renewals and compliance processes.

- Build secure customer,



partner and employee portals using Experience Cloud with personalized digital experiences.

- Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC) and event-driven architectures.

- Leverage Salesforce Flow Orchestration, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic Actions and modern declarative capabilities to streamline business processes.

- Participate in solution architecture, technical design reviews, code reviews and implementation planning.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventive improvements to increase system reliability.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, security and maintainability using Salesforce best practices.

- Implement automated testing, DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence through best practices and knowledge sharing.

- Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and evaluate new platform features for adoption.
