Job Description
1. Operations control – packing, billing, dispatch and freight reconciliation for Finished Goods in Outbound Physical Logistics section.
2. Work allocation and target achievement – third party LSP contract workers. Daily and monthly sales achievement.
3. Monthly Packaging material scheduling and supply tracking.
4. Coordination with CFT - PPC, MFO and LOP1 teams for parts supply to customers, work planning and execution.
5. Freight coordination with external LSPs / transporters.
6. Bill checking and certification – Contract Labor, Transport Bills etc.
7. Cycle count and Annual Stock Verification – Stock accounting and reconciliation.
8. Monthly stock reconciliation between ChkP and MnrP.
9. Administrative resp - Vehicle Checks, Seal Checks, Loading control, Contract Manpower control.
10. SAP Key user and process functional knowledge for SD Module.
11. Customer interface for daily logistics.
