As a Performance Engineer, your day involves investigating and resolving complex performance challenges that the internal performance testing team has not been able to address. You will engage with various facets of performance engineering, including understanding the software development lifecycle and architecture, validating performance through testing, planning for capacity needs, managing application performance, and identifying as well as resolving problems. Your role requires a comprehensive approach to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet expected performance standards, contributing to the overall reliability and scalability of applications within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather performance requirements and provide insights for optimization.




- Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential bottlenecks proactively.
- Contribute to documentation of performance issues and resolutions to enhance team knowledge base.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Administration.
- Experience with cloud platform management and administration related to SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Understanding of application performance monitoring tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with capacity planning and resource allocation strategies.
- Ability to analyze system architecture to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in SAP BTP Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
