Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, project planning, budgeting, risk management, and successful implementation of supply chain transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead large-scale Supply Chain and OTM implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and overall project governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Drive requirement gathering, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.




- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership and customer stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Management, ERP, and Integration teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
- Support presales activities, effort estimations, and project planning for current opportunities.
