**Job Summary** Senior Delphi Developer -Should have strong development skills with ability to interact with client seamlessly and drive on all the accepts of customer engagement. Good understanding of Software development life cycle. **Responsibilities** Develop various enhancements according to the functional specifications Interact with Clients / BAs for requirements and manage timely delivery of code Define unit test cases according to specifications and conduct functional testing performance testing to ensure quality Carry out code maintenance and perform code walkthroughs Design and Development for existing and new features Report the status of enhancements to clients on a regular basis Required Skillset Strong knowledge on Delphi 7 / 2010/ XE (Object Pascal)



Should have knowledge on Delphi Thread Type Library and DLL Experience on Delphi 3rd Party Components and Delphi packages Knowledge on Delphi COM+ DCOM Very valuable knowledge on OOPs concepts Strong working knowledge on database - ANSI SQL / SQL Server - Schema Packages Stored Procedures Triggers etc. Basic .Net programming knowledge is an added advantage Good written and verbal communication Skills Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
