Bhawani Traders is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to manage and strengthen our finance and accounting function. The role will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, receivables and payables, GST compliance, bank reconciliation, invoicing, inventory reconciliation, credit control, financial reporting and MIS.

The ideal candidate should be able to establish robust financial systems, monitor cash flow and outstanding receivables, ensure accurate books and stock records, and provide timely reports to management for business decisions. The person will work closely with sales, purchase and operations teams and help build scalable financial processes as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting and finance operations.
- Monitor receivables and customer ageing.
- Manage credit limits and payment discipline.
- Handle GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Manage payables and vendor accounts.
- Bank reconciliation and daily transaction monitoring.




- Ensure accurate billing and accounting.
- Conduct regular stock reconciliation.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS.
- Track sales, gross margins, collections and outstanding.
- Prepare cash-flow and working-capital reports.
- Identify financial discrepancies and control leakages.
- Establish SOPs and financial controls.
- Coordinate with CA/auditors and external consultants.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Ideal Candidate

Experience: 48 years

Preferred: Wholesale/distribution/FMCG/garment experience

Skills: Accounting, GST, TDS, Excel, receivables management, inventory accounting, MIS and financial controls.

Most importantly: We are looking for someone who can build the finance system and take ownership of it, rather than someone who only performs accounting entries.
