We are hiring experienced and detail-oriented professionals for the role of Senior Geospatial Analyst. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1+ years of experience in Point of Interest (POI) Operations, Digital Mapping, GIS, Navigation, or Location Intelligence domains who are passionate about maintaining high-quality location data and improving map accuracy. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in POI validation, geospatial analysis, data quality management, business information verification, and mapping operations.

Candidates should demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable location intelligence data.

General Guideline:

Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participation is limited to the first 350 eligible candidates reporting between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

- Please carry a mobile charger, as the assessment and interview process may extend throughout the day.
- Applicants must be Graduates or Postgraduates. Candidates currently pursuing any degree, certification, or educational program will not be considered.
- The role operates in a 24x7 work environment, primarily supporting US customers, and requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 1+ years of experience in POI Operations, Geospatial Mapping, GIS, Navigation,



Location-Based Services (LBS), or related domains.
- Strong understanding of Point of Interest (POI) lifecycle management and map data quality processes.
- Experience working on location data validation, business listing verification, mapping operations, or map quality projects.
- Hands-on experience with digital mapping platforms and geospatial datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and data inconsistencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.

and maintain Point of Interest (POI) information across mapping and location intelligence platforms.
- Conduct geospatial analysis to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of location-based datasets.
- Perform quality audits and identify data discrepancies, duplicates, incorrect business attributes, and mapping defects.
- Research and verify business listings, addresses, coordinates, categories, and related location data using multiple reliable sources.
- Investigate and resolve map quality issues while adhering to established quality standards and project guidelines.
- Monitor operational and quality metrics, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with project SLAs, business requirements, and quality benchmarks.
