Role Description The Visual Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for shaping the visual identity of CSN™ events and marketing materials. This role involves designing event graphics, digital and print collateral, presentations, social media visuals, and branding assets aligned with the company’s creative direction.

The Visual

Designer will collaborate closely with event managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate concepts and briefs into compelling visual designs. Day-to-day tasks include creating layouts, refining visual concepts, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The role also includes maintaining design standards, contributing ideas to creative brainstorming,



and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Visual Design and Graphic Design skills to create clear, engaging, and cohesive visual materials.

- Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Graphics to develop and maintain consistent brand identities across events and campaigns.

- Candidates should possess Web Design skills to support digital assets such as landing pages, event microsites, and online promotional materials.

- Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.

- Candidates should demonstrate a portfolio showcasing creative work for events, marketing campaigns, or related visual design projects.

- Candidates should have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and refine designs effectively.

- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Candidates should be able to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a agile environment.
