– Videographer & Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer & Video Editor to join The Band Company on a full-time, on-site basis in Lonavala.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete video content process — from shooting and capturing events to editing engaging social media content. You will work closely with our creative and management team to create reels, event highlights, behind-the-scenes content, brand videos and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot high-quality videos for weddings, private parties, villa events, corporate events and brand shoots.

Capture engaging event moments, performances, behind-the-scenes footage and artist content.

Plan and execute video shoots based on the requirements of the brand and upcoming events.

Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos,



event highlights, promotional videos and brand content.

Create short-form, engaging content suitable for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Handle basic colour correction, sound editing, transitions, pacing and overall video finishing.

Understand current social media trends and create content accordingly.

Work closely with the creative team to develop new video concepts and content ideas.

Organise and maintain video footage, project files and content assets.

Be available for on-site event shoots and travel to nearby event locations when required.

Ensure all final videos maintain The Band Company's premium and professional brand image.

Requirements

Experience in videography and video editing.

Good understanding of framing, lighting, camera movement and composition.

Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar.

Ability to create engaging short-form content for social media.

Positive sense of music, timing, storytelling and visual aesthetics.

Creative mindset with an eye for detail.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Willingness to work on-site and travel for events when required.

A portfolio/showreel of previous work is preferred.

Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum (₹25,000/month)
