Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer cum Editor role based in Kochi. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content for brand films, social media Reels, ad creatives, and other marketing assets. The Videographer cum Editor will collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and lighting equipment, capturing high-quality footage on location or in studio, and editing videos with appropriate pacing, sound,



graphics, and color grading. The role also includes managing media files, maintaining equipment, and contributing ideas for content formats that drive engagement and performance. Qualifications

Solid skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, managing timelines, and delivering content optimized for digital platforms.

Proficiency in Camera Operation and handling different Camera types for studio and on-location shoots.

Ability to handle Lighting setups and shoot video in varied environments while maintaining visual consistency and quality.

Hands-on experience in Shooting Video for brand films, ads, and social media content, with an eye for framing, composition, and movement.

Proficiency with video editing software and basic motion graphics tools.

Understanding of digital and social media content formats, aspect ratios, and platform best practices (Instagram, YouTube, Meta, etc.).

Strong storytelling, visual communication, and attention to detail, with the ability to work from briefs and provide creative input.

Ability to work on-site in Kochi, collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel is required.
