We are looking for a creative and energetic Videographer & Video Editor who can handle the complete video production process, from shooting and ideation to editing and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should understand social media content, reels, short-form videos, brand videos, and digital marketing creatives and should be able to turn marketing ideas into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

- Plan and execute video shoots for clients across different industries.
- Shoot Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, interviews, product videos, corporate videos, and social media content.
- Handle camera, lighting, audio, and basic production setup.
- Shoot content creatively using different camera angles, movements, and compositions.
- Coordinate with the content and social media team during shoots.
- Travel to client locations for shoots when required.

Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, advertisements, corporate videos, and promotional content.
- Add transitions, captions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, colour correction, and basic VFX.
- Create videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.




- Create multiple versions/formats of videos when required for different platforms and ad campaigns.

Creative & Content

- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new video concepts.
- Understand social media trends and adapt them into relevant brand content.
- Suggest creative ways to improve hooks, storytelling, visuals and audience engagement.
- Work closely with the content writers, graphic designers, social media managers and digital marketing team.
- Keep up with current Reels, editing styles, trends, memes, transitions and social media formats.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing software.
- Knowledge of After Effects will be an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting and audio.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Knowledge of basic colour grading and sound design.
- Creative eye for composition, storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple client projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
