Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and creative In-House Photographer & Videographer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality visual content for our brand.

The ideal candidate must possess deep technical knowledge of professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras while being highly proficient in fast-paced smartphone content creation (iPhone/Android).

You will be responsible for bringing our brand’s story to life across e-commerce, digital advertising, and social media platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Platform Shooting: Capture high-end commercial imagery using professional cameras and produce trending, vertical short-form content using smartphones.

Studio & Field Production: Set up studio lighting, manage audio recording equipment, and direct talent during on-location or studio shoots.

End-to-End Editing: Edit raw photos and videos into polished, platform-ready assets, including color grading, sound design, and adding motion graphics.

Social Media Optimization: Film and edit quick-turnaround videos optimized specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Equipment Management: Maintain, organize, and recommend upgrades for all in-house production gear, including cameras, lenses, gimbals, mics, and lighting kits.Visual Consistency: Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic and style guide across all photography and video formats.Required Skills & Technical KnowledgeCamera Mastery: Strong understanding of manual camera settings (ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance) on professional mirrorless/DSLR systems.

Mobile Production: Mastery of smartphone cinematography, mobile gimbals, and mobile shooting apps (e.g., Blackmagic Camera app, Filmic Pro).Lighting & Audio: Proficient in three-point lighting setups, natural light manipulation, and operating wireless lavalier or shotgun microphones.Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or DaVinci Resolve.Mobile Editing Apps:



Familiarity with fast-paced mobile editors like CapCut or VN Video Editor for social-first delivery.Experience & QualificationsPortfolio: A diverse portfolio or showreel showcasing both professional camera work (commercial/product/lifestyle) and engaging mobile/social video content.

Experience: 2 years of professional experience as a photographer/videographer or content creator (in-house or agency experience is a plus).Adaptability: Ability to switch quickly between high-production commercial shoots and rapid-fire mobile content creation.Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and asset delivery schedules.
