The team reviews a wide range of items including pens, notebooks, bags, art supplies, and other everyday stationery products, emphasizing build quality, usability, and value for money. All content is produced in 4K to highlight fine details and ensure viewers can clearly evaluate each product.

StudentYard values viewers’ time by keeping videos informative and efficient, aiming to teach something new in every segment. The channel is community-driven, regularly incorporating audience requests from comments and social media into its review lineup.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Indore.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the content team to edit and assemble high-quality 4K stationery review videos, ensuring clear visuals, smooth transitions, and engaging pacing. Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, selecting the best takes, applying color grading, adding motion graphics and text overlays, and preparing thumbnails or basic graphics as needed. The role also involves collaborating on video concepts, maintaining a consistent visual style,



optimizing content for platforms such as YouTube and Instagram, and managing file organization and backups.

The Video

Editor will contribute creative ideas to enhance viewer engagement while adhering to StudentYard’s brand guidelines and timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling 4K footage and YouTube-style content.

- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, appealing visual quality across all videos.

- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and basic Graphics elements, including titles, lower thirds, and simple animations.

- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

- Valuable understanding of sound editing, basic audio mixing, and music selection to support clear and engaging reviews.

- Attention to detail, strong sense of timing and storytelling, and ability to follow brand guidelines.

- Capability to work on-site in Indore, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a small creative team.

- Relevant education or training in film, media, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience with product or review-style content is a plus.
