Job Brief: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Associate Video Editor to join our media team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing, refining, and assembling raw footage into high-quality, high-retention video content for brand-building and performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & Production: Assemble, trim, and sequence raw footage, dialogue, audio effects, and visual elements to craft cohesive, high-impact short-form and long-form videos.

Platform Optimization:



Format and optimize video assets to meet technical specs and optimal retention ratios across platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Audio & Sound Design: Source, edit, and integrate background music, voiceovers, and sound effects to elevate production quality.

Color & Text Elements: Apply basic color correction, add engaging on-screen text/captions/subtitles, and execute smooth transitions to maximize viewer retention. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with creative strategists, performance marketers, and client teams to execute campaign goals and streamline content workflows.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of video editing experience (open to entry-level professionals/freshers with a strong portfolio or demonstrable project experience).

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

Creative Mindset: Good understanding of visual storytelling, sequence pacing, narrative flow, and design layout principles.

Portfolio: A showreel or portfolio link demonstrating relevant short-form or long-form video work is required.
