Role Description This full-time, on-site Video Editor role is based at MintOMedia’s office in Ahmedabad.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, web, and advertising campaigns. Daily responsibilities include assembling clips, adding transitions, synchronizing audio, applying color correction, and incorporating motion graphics and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines. The role also involves collaborating on video concepts, optimizing formats for different platforms, managing file organization, and meeting project deadlines.

Editor is expected to stay current with video trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the quality and impact of all video content.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and advertising content.

Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual output.

Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics for engaging and dynamic storytelling.

Experience with Graphics and visual design principles to support cohesive brand visuals.

Hands-on expertise with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion/graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Attention to detail, solid sense of timing and storytelling, and ability to follow brand and campaign guidelines.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing previous video work is required.
