Role Description The Video Editor - Instructor is a full-time, in office role based in Malappuram. In this position, the individual will edit and produce video content for advertising campaigns, social media, and promotional materials, while also training learners on video editing tools, workflows, and best practices. Daily responsibilities include organizing raw footage, creating visual narratives, applying transitions and effects, coordinating with graphic designers and the creative team, and ensuring brand consistency across all video output.

The instructor component involves planning lessons, delivering practical training sessions, reviewing learner projects,



and providing constructive feedback to help learners improve their technical and creative skills. The role requires close collaboration with the agency’s digital marketing and design teams to align video content with campaign goals and timelines.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end video projects.

Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across all content.

Ability to create Motion Graphics and work with Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand communication.

Hands-on experience with industry-standard video editing and motion design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).

Previous experience teaching, mentoring, or conducting training sessions in video editing or related fields is highly beneficial.

Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Effective communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners at different skill levels.

A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
