Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid Video Editor role based in Ludhiana.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting the best shots, and creating compelling video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and advertisements. Daily tasks include editing video clips, adding transitions and effects, syncing audio, applying basic color corrections, and preparing videos in various formats and aspect ratios. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to understand project briefs, incorporate feedback, and align videos with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Editor will maintain organized project files,



stay updated on editing trends, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality video assets.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production with experience in assembling footage and creating polished final outputs.

Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, engaging visuals aligned with brand tone.

Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design simple animations, titles, and visual elements that enhance video content.

Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).

Attention to detail, robust visual storytelling abilities, and an understanding of pacing, sound, and composition.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative and marketing teams on-site.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing previous video work is required.
