We are looking for a Video Content Producer & Quality Controller who can take a completed video script and turn it into a clear, production-ready plan for our video editors.

You will act as the bridge between content, visual direction, and video editing. Your responsibility will be to decide what should appear on screen, where B-roll should be used, what text and highlights should be shown, and whether the final video meets our quality standards.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a solid understanding of YouTube and Instagram video production, visual storytelling, B-roll, on-screen graphics, pacing, and post-production.

Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning

- Review completed scripts and understand the narration and key messages.
- Break the script into visual sections and determine what viewers should see at each point.
- Identify opportunities for B-roll, images, animations, titles, text overlays, highlights, charts, and other visual elements.
- Prepare detailed production instructions for the video editor.
- Create clear visual references and directions for each section of the video.

2. B-roll & Visual Direction
- Identify the appropriate B-roll required for different sections of the script.
- Create clear descriptions and visual directions for required footage.
- Ensure visuals accurately represent and support the narration.
- Select appropriate footage and visual assets.
- Make sure visuals are engaging, relevant, and consistent with the overall style of the channel.

Editor Coordination
- Provide editors with complete production scripts and instructions.
- Clearly communicate where titles, captions, B-roll, graphics, transitions, sound effects, and other elements should be placed.
- Coordinate with editors throughout the production process.
- Answer production-related questions and clarify visual requirements.
- Maintain consistency across videos in terms of visual style, typography, pacing, and branding.

4. Video Quality Control

Review the first draft of every video carefully and compare it against the original script and production instructions.

Identify and report

- Incorrect or irrelevant B-roll
- Spelling and grammar mistakes
- Incorrect on-screen information
- Missing visuals
- Poor cuts and transitions
- Incorrect timing of titles or text
- Audio issues
- Poor pacing
- Repetitive visuals
- Inappropriate or low-quality footage
- Branding inconsistencies
- Visuals that do not properly support the narration

Provide clear, time-stamped feedback to the editor so corrections can be made quickly.

- Final Review

- Review revised videos after corrections.
- Verify that all important issues have been resolved.
- Ensure the video follows the production guidelines.
- Approve the final video for publishing once it meets the required quality standards.

Pay: ₹10,748.49 - ₹25,000.00 per month
