Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video and Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram. The Video and Graphic Designer will create high-quality visual content that brings Culvion AI's products, brand stories, and marketing campaigns to life across digital channels. A core focus of this role is AI-powered video editing and short-form reel creation

— using tools like Runway, CapCut, Descript, and Midjourney/DALL·E alongside traditional editing software to rapidly produce polished, publish-ready reels, explainer videos, and product demos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Day-to-day responsibilities also include designing graphics for web, social media, presentations, and marketing assets, as well as producing motion graphics.



The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate complex AI concepts into clear, visually engaging materials aligned with brand guidelines.

The designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain consistent visual standards, and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered video editing and reel/short-form content creation (Runway, CapCut, Descript, Midjourney/DALL·E, or similar AI creative tools) — this is a key focus of the role
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and marketing-focused visual work
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing or extending visual identity systems
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design, with attention to readability and visual hierarchy
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design and video tools (Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
- Proven experience creating video content, animations, and motion graphics for web and social media platforms
- Ability to interpret briefs, understand technical concepts, and convert them into explicit, engaging visual narratives
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site in Gurugram
- Relevant degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
