Role Description The Vice President Strategy is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading PInterview’s long-term strategic direction and growth initiatives. This role oversees the development and execution of corporate and digital strategies that strengthen the platform’s market position in online interview preparation and career consulting.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analyses, identifying recent business opportunities, and aligning product, marketing, and operations teams around key strategic priorities.

Strategy will collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape financial plans, optimize revenue models,



and drive data-informed decision-making. This role also involves building strategic partnerships, monitoring performance against defined goals, and continuously refining the strategy to support scalable, sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and insight-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, and roadmap development for digital or technology-focused businesses.
- Background in consulting or advisory roles, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating business cases and investment opportunities.
- Expertise in digital strategy, including platform growth, online user engagement, and technology-enabled service delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving change in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in EdTech, career services, or talent development sectors is an advantage.
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
