The Vice President – Product Management will lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital platforms. The role is responsible for delivering customer centric products that drive business growth, enhance user experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

 Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.

 Lead end-to-end product development across Web and Mobile platforms.

 Build cutting-edge retirement planning and investment solutions.

 Drive customer acquisition, engagement, activation, and retention.

 Translate business needs into product requirements and prioritize the product backlog.

 Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams.

 Leverage data and customer insights to improve product performance anduser experience.

 Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

 Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Management team.

Qualifications & Experience





 BTech / BCom / BSc with MBA or CA/CFA/CFP .

 15+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

 Experience in FinTech, Wealth Management, Digital Banking, Broking, or Investment Platforms.

 Proven track record of launching and scaling customer-facing digital products.
