Quikr India Private Limited is looking for a Valuation Associate / Senior Associate to join our Consulting & Valuation team in Mumbai.

This role offers an opportunity to work on a diverse range of valuation assignments across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and heritage properties. The selected candidate will work closely with valuation professionals, clients, banks, NBFCs, corporates, and PSUs to support property valuation, research, due diligence, loan securitization, acquisition, and liquidation-related assignments. Key Responsibilities

· Conduct physical site visits to identify and inspect properties under valuation.

· Evaluate various property types, including residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and heritage structures.

· Collect, analyze, and verify property-related information required for valuation assignments.

· Prepare and draft professional valuation reports with accurate supporting information.

· Research market data, property transactions, and comparable properties.

· Identify suitable comparable properties and perform calculations to support valuation conclusions.

· Organize research findings and convert them into meaningful reports and client deliverables.

· Coordinate and communicate effectively with in-country valuers, internal teams, clients, banks, and NBFCs.

· Maintain accuracy and quality of valuation data and documentation.

· Work with relevant industry databases and develop proficiency in using valuation and property research tools.

· Support assignments related to loan securitization, due diligence,



acquisition, liquidation, and other valuation requirements.

· Take ownership of assigned projects and complete deliverables within defined timelines.

· Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new valuation methodologies, market practices, and industry tools.

Education & Qualifications

· Graduation: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

· Post-Graduation: PGDM / M.Tech / M. Valuation from a reputed/premier institute will be an added advantage. · Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in property valuation, real estate, civil engineering, valuation consulting, or a related field.

· Strong analytical, research, documentation, and communication skills.

· Robust analytical and numerical skills.

· Good research and report-writing abilities.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Willingness to travel for property/site visits.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
