Your main responsibility is to oversee, stabilize, and maximize the continuous performance of all plant utility systems that provide our high/-tonnage molding machines with essential assistance. As the "Zero/-Downtime Infrastructure Lead," you assume direct, hands/-on responsibility for air handling units /(AHUs/), cooling towers, centralized air compressors, electrical substations, high/-capacity industrial chillers, and polymer material feeding systems.

Managing high/-stakes operational risks such as cooling/-water temperature changes /(which lead to part warp and cycle/-time spikes/), compressed air moisture contamination, abrupt voltage reductions, and utility/-driven line stoppages is the core of this function.

Key Skills/:



Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics Literacy/: Full practical understanding of hydraulic pumping loops, psychrometric monitoring, pneumatic fluid dynamics, and industrial refrigeration cycles /(Vapor Compression/).

Electrical

Automation & PLC Diagnosis/: Excellent ability to decipher intricate electrical schematics, work with automated building management systems /(BMS/), and diagnose problems with PLCs and VFD controllers.

Advanced

Root/-Cause Diagnostic Engineering/: Outstanding ability to identify electrical harmonics problems, thermal obstructions, compressed air pressure dips, and micro/-leaks within an operational industrial plant.

Industrial

Metrology & Precision Tools/: To perform predictive engineering assessments, a thorough understanding of vibration analyzers, thermal imaging cameras, sound/-level meters, and ultrasonic flowmeters.
