Role Description The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences for HOK Beauty’s web and mobile platforms in a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. Day-to-day work includes creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, refining layouts, typography, and visual elements to align with brand guidelines. The role involves conducting user research, gathering feedback, and collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams to improve usability and overall customer journeys.





The UX/UI Designer will work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints. This position requires a balance of creativity, user-centered thinking, and practical collaboration to support the company’s growth in the beauty and cosmetics market.

Required

Skills

3–4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

Strong knowledge of Figma is required.

Experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools will be an advantage.

Good understanding of UX principles, user research, information architecture, and interaction design.

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive designs.

Strong understanding of design systems and UI/UX best practices.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are translated into development is preferred.

Strong visual and creative problem-solving skills.

Positive communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, UX/UI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.
