Its title services are supported by a large team of certified abstracters and examiners with nationwide coverage, and its property tax platforms, such as FastTaxCert and FastTax Monitoring, streamline tax certification and life‑of‑loan tracking.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office US Tax calling role based in Bengaluru East. The role involves making and receiving calls related to U.S. property tax inquiries, clarifications, and verifications with county offices, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.



The team member will gather and validate tax information, update internal systems, and coordinate with internal mortgage, title, and tax operations teams to ensure timely and accurate tax data for client portfolios.

Daily responsibilities include documenting call outcomes, following standardized scripts and compliance guidelines, escalating complex issues, and supporting the preparation of tax certificates and monitoring reports. The role also requires meeting productivity targets, maintaining high call quality, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications

Should have hands on experience into Netronline .

Should have worked on US Property Tax, Tax CERT, Escrow, Non-Escrow, Delinquency and Lien Search. Minimum 5 to 10 states.
