Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented US Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands the US hiring ecosystem, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with demanding timelines and diverse roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle US recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach

Work closely with US clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit





Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and tracking reports

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets and turnaround times

Stay updated on US market trends, visa types, and hiring practices

Required Skills & Experience

1–4 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment

Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models

Strong sourcing expertise across IT and Non-IT roles

Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, etc.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently during US business hours

Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with US staffing agencies or direct US clients

Understanding of US employment basics, compliance, and hiring workflows

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
