SKS Global IT Services is looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in US IT staffing and be comfortable handling the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the offer process.

This is a 100% remote position for candidates based in Hyderabad, with working hours aligned with US business hours.

Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who match client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.




- Keep candidate information and recruitment trackers updated.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and consultants.
- Meet recruitment targets and required turnaround times.

Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of IT positions and technologies.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.

Eligibility Requirements.
- Must have a personal laptop suitable for remote work.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Must be comfortable working the night shift.
- Must be available Monday through Friday.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month
