Career Soft Solutions Inc is looking for an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing/recruitment and a strong understanding of the US hiring market, recruiting processes, and candidate sourcing strategies.

This is a 100% onsite position in our Vadodara office. Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.

Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job portals.

Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.

Conduct candidate qualification calls and assess technical and communication skills.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidates through the hiring process.

Negotiate rates/salary and assist with offer and onboarding processes.

Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in the ATS/CRM.

Meet daily and weekly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of US IT Recruitment experience in a staffing/consulting environment.





Strong understanding of the US IT staffing lifecycle from sourcing through placement.

Hands-on experience recruiting for technical positions such as:

Software Developers

Java/.NET Developers

Data Engineers

DevOps/Cloud Engineers

QA/Test Engineers

Business Analysts

Project/Product Managers

System/Network Engineers

Cybersecurity professionals

Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Good understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and contract/contract-to-hire hiring models.

Knowledge of US work authorization types and candidate qualification.

Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, follow-up, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred

Experience working with US staffing clients and MSP/VMS environments.

Experience using ATS/CRM platforms such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar tools.

Existing candidate network/database within the US IT staffing market.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
