About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the US tech hiring market, and the ability to work effectively during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through various US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication skills, compensation expectations, availability, and legal work status (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B, EAD, etc.).
- Submit qualified candidate profiles to account managers or clients and coordinate interview schedules.
- Negotiate compensation rates and assist throughout the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for niche IT skill sets.
- Maintain complete candidate databases and recruiter trackers using ATS/CRM tools.
- Communicate effectively with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and priorities.





Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good understanding of US IT terminology, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa types.
- Strong negotiation, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and ATS platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or US Staffing.
- Freshers with exceptional English communication skills and a strong desire to learn US IT recruitment are welcome to apply.
