US Accounts Executive

Location: Althan, Surat

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹36,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 Years in outsourcing Accounting

Work Mode: Hybrid

Working Hours

- 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

- Hybrid work flexibility may be available based on work requirements (partly from office and partly from home)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Bookkeeping Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the accounting outsourcing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on bookkeeping experience and be comfortable working with international clients. Candidates with experience in US Accounting will be preferred; however, experience in UK, UAE, Singapore, or other offshore accounting processes will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.

- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.





- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.

- Process sales, purchase, and expense entries.

- Assist in month-end bookkeeping activities.

- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and overseas clients when required.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in an Accounting Outsourcing/KPO firm.

- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping.

- Experience with US Accounting is preferred.

- Candidates with UK, UAE, Singapore, or similar international accounting exposure are also encouraged to apply.

- Good English communication skills.

- Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
