Seeking Tender Executive who will be responsible for managing tender/bid process for the organization which includes identifying potential tender opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

•Handle the operations work in govt. business

•Gem Portal bid submission

•Work on the Bid/Tenders

•Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operation goals.

•Collaborate with sales operations and service teams.

•Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.





•Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.

•Meetings with the vendor & defining processes of various requirements.

•Ability to work in cross functional teams.
