Saturday & Sunday fixed off

Salary: 12 LPA to 26lpa

Exp: 5-7yrs of exp

Candidates must be from IIT or Tier 1 colleges

Relocation candidates will be considered

Need candidates with 10 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering Leadership, Technology Strategy or related roles; expertise with AI technologies must be very robust.

Overview

We are looking for a Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead product strategy, technology development and execution across the organization. The role will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, overseeing engineering and AI initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, user-centric healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in product management, technology leadership or both, with a strong track record of building and scaling digital products in startup or high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead product discovery, customer research and prioritization of key initiatives.
- Oversee engineering, platform architecture, security,



scalability and technology operations.
- Drive development and implementation of AI-powered features and data-driven experiences.
- Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into product and technology solutions.
- Build, mentor and manage product, design and engineering teams.
- Establish and track key product, technology and business performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare, privacy and security standards where applicable.

Requirements:

- Proven experience building and launching digital products.
- Strong understanding of software development, system architecture and modern technology platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end product development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Candidates:

- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, AI or SaaS.
- Experience working in startup or fast-growth environments.
- Familiarity with healthcare data, interoperability and AI-driven products
